Sagar Systech Q4 Net Loss ₹5.83 Lakh

Sagar Systech reported a Q4 FY26 net loss of ₹5.83 lakh versus a net profit of ₹4.63 lakh in Q4 FY25, with total income declining to ₹6.89 lakh.
For full year FY26, the company posted a net profit of ₹0.95 lakh, down from ₹1.51 lakh in FY25, with total income at ₹59.95 lakh.
The Board approved audited FY26 results, set AGM for August 12, 2026, and appointed M/s. V.V. Chakradeo & Co. as scrutinizer.
Auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results, which were prepared in accordance with Ind AS standards.
