Sagility FY26 Revenue Up 29.1% with ₹71.9 Billion

Sagility Limited reported audited consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY26 ended March 31, 2026, approved by the Board on May 12, 2026.
FY26 revenue reached ₹71,929 million (US$814.0 million) with 29.1% YoY growth, while Q4 revenue was ₹20,243 million (US$222.1 million) with 29.1% YoY growth.
The company declared a final dividend of ₹0.10 per share and reported adjusted EBITDA of 25.3% for FY26 with 23.9% growth over FY25.
Sagility completed the BroadPath acquisition on January 29, 2025, and recognized a ₹328.23 million exceptional item due to Labour Code implementation.
