Sagility Q4 FY26 Revenue Up 29.1% YoY

Sagility Limited submitted a revised investor presentation for its Q4 and FY26 results, to be presented on May 12, 2026, pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulations.
Q4 FY26 revenue stood at ₹20,243 million, a 29.1% YoY growth, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 24.9% and adjusted PAT margin of 15.2%.
The company won new business with a potential steady state ACV of $30.7M in Q4 and declared a final dividend of ₹0.1 per share.
FY26 performance showed strong growth with revenue at ₹71,929 million and a reduction in debt, with full repayment targeted by FY27.
