The meeting will be held to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations').
Additionally, the Company has confirmed that the trading window for dealing in the Company's equity shares shall remain closed until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results.
