SAMHI Hotels FY26 PAT Surges 5.6x to ₹5,665 Mn

SAMHI Hotels reported FY26 PAT of ₹5,665 Mn, a 5.6x YoY increase, driven by a deferred tax asset recognition of ~₹3,000 Mn.
Total Income grew 12.3% YoY to ₹12,790 Mn despite business headwinds, with RevPAR up 9.5% and occupancy at 74%.
The company secured a ₹6,000 Mn investment from GIC for a 35% stake in a platform and added four new hotel developments to its portfolio.
