Samsara Q2 2026 Results Overview

Samsara Inc (NYSE:IOT) posted second‑quarter 2026 results that surpassed analyst expectations. Adjusted earnings per share were $0.20, beating the consensus estimate of $0.16 by $0.04. Revenue for the quarter was $508.4 million, exceeding the forecast of $483.27 million and representing 30 % year‑over‑year growth. The earnings beat propelled the stock up 13 % in after‑hours trading on Thursday.

The company’s annual recurring revenue (ARR) climbed to $2.125 billion, marking a third consecutive quarter of 30 % YoY expansion. Net new ARR amounted to $134.1 million, up 28 % YoY. During the quarter Samsara added a record 20 customers with ARR exceeding $1 million each, pushing the ARR from this high‑value segment above $500 million and delivering more than 50 % YoY growth.

CEO and co‑founder Sanjit Biswas said the firm continued to achieve “durable and efficient growth,” highlighting that large customers are driving momentum and that adoption of the latest AI features has risen more than four‑fold in the past two months.

Looking ahead, Samsara issued third‑quarter guidance of $514 million to $516 million in revenue, with a midpoint of $515 million, which is above the analyst consensus of $509.7 million. Adjusted earnings per share are projected between $0.18 and $0.19, with a midpoint of $0.185, slightly below the consensus estimate of $0.19.

For fiscal year 2027, the company forecasts revenue of $2.043 billion to $2.047 billion, implying 26 % YoY growth. Adjusted EPS is expected to be in the range of $0.76 to $0.78, and the firm anticipates remaining GAAP profitable. Samsara reported GAAP earnings per share of $0.03 for the quarter, marking its fourth consecutive quarter of GAAP profitability.
