Key Financial Notes
1. Business Restructuring: During FY26, the Company transferred certain business units to wholly owned subsidiaries (Sandbar Engineering Private Limited and Sandbar Ascast Private Limited) on a going concern/slump sale basis for ₹292.68 crore, recognizing a gain of ₹19.12 crore in other income.
