Sanmina Q3 Results and FY2026 Outlook

Sanmina Corporation (NASDAQ:SANM) reported third‑quarter 2026 results that surpassed analyst expectations. Adjusted earnings per share were $3.31, exceeding the consensus estimate of $2.77 by $0.54. Revenue for the quarter reached $3.46 billion, topping the $3.40 billion forecast and representing a 70 % increase over the $2.04 billion recorded in the same quarter of the prior year.

The company provided guidance for the fourth quarter of 2026, projecting revenue in the range of $3.3 billion to $3.6 billion. The midpoint of $3.45 billion falls short of Wall Street’s consensus estimate of $3.52 billion, leading to a share price decline of approximately 4.9 % (reported as a 5 % drop). Adjusted EPS for Q4 was guided to $3.05‑$3.35, with a midpoint of $3.20, which is above the consensus figure of $2.88.

For the full fiscal year 2026, Sanmina raised its revenue outlook to $14.0 billion‑$14.3 billion, moving the midpoint to $14.15 billion—slightly above the consensus of $14.13 billion. The full‑year adjusted EPS guidance was increased to $11.90‑$12.20, with a midpoint of $12.05, surpassing the consensus estimate of $11.20.

Operating performance improved, with the third‑quarter adjusted operating margin reaching 8.0 %, up from 5.7 % in the comparable period last year. Cash flow from operations amounted to $124 million, while free cash flow was $24 million. The company ended the quarter with $1.84 billion in cash and cash equivalents.
