Sansera Engineering FY26 Results, 200% Dividend, Director Appointments

Sansera Engineering approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026, with unmodified audit opinions from Deloitte Haskins & Sells.
Board recommended a final dividend of ₹4 per equity share (200% on face value of ₹2) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
Appointed three new Non-Executive Independent Directors: Ms. Radhika Govind Rajan, Mr. Deepak Keshav Ghaisas, and Mr. Venkataram Mamillapalle, each for a five-year term effective May 20, 2026.
FY26 standalone revenue grew to ₹30,981.70 million from ₹27,186.85 million YoY, with net profit increasing to ₹2,981.71 million from ₹2,059.61 million.
