Exceptional Item
An exceptional item of ₹169 million was recognized during Q1FY27 towards settlement of a litigation matter before the U.S. District Court. The litigation was disclosed in the Company's prospectus filed in 2021. The matter has been settled without admission of liability, and the settlement amount is expected to be substantially covered by insurance.
Excluding post-tax impact of exceptional cost (₹127 Mn), normalised PAT stands at ₹1,000 Mn, representing 59% YoY growth.

Business Performance Highlights
Geographic Performance:
- India business delivered 17.4% YoY growth in Q1FY27
- International business significantly outperformed with 71.4% YoY growth
- Exports to other foreign countries increased more than 3x YoY, primarily driven by strong execution of Semiconductor business
- Exports to USA nearly doubled YoY, supported by robust growth in Aerospace and Passenger Vehicles business
- Exports to Europe grew 32.1% YoY; excluding Sweden operations it grew 48.8% YoY
- Sweden operations recorded healthy growth of 11.6% YoY
Segment Performance:
- Non-Auto segment achieved highest-ever quarterly sales, growing 129.9% YoY, achieving desired product mix level of 20.8%
- ADS business was key growth driver within Non-Auto, with sales increasing by more than 3x YoY
- Off-Road segment delivered solid growth of 50.1% YoY
- Auto-Tech Agnostic and xEV segment recorded highest-ever quarterly sales, growing 22.2% YoY
