Sapphire Foods Q4 FY26 Restaurant Sales Up 11%

Sapphire Foods reported Q4 FY26 Restaurant Sales of ₹7,898 Mn, an 11% YoY increase, with an EBITDA of ₹1,249 Mn.
The company operates 1,052 restaurants across KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell brands in India, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives.
KFC India's performance remained strong with 16.3% Restaurant EBITDA, while Pizza Hut India reported a negative -3.3% Restaurant EBITDA.
A merger scheme with Devyani International was approved by the board, pending statutory and regulatory approvals.
