Sapphire Foods Q4 Revenue Up 11% YoY, EBITDA Rises 20%

Sapphire Foods reported Q4 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹7,898 Mn, an 11% YoY growth, driven by a 15% increase in KFC India sales.
Consolidated Adj. EBITDA grew 20% YoY to ₹610 Mn with a margin of 7.7%, marking the best quarter in 12 quarters for SSSG and EBITDA growth.
KFC India delivered 4% SSSG and 16.8% Restaurant EBITDA margin, while Pizza Hut India saw a 7% SSSG decline and negative 6.0% EBITDA margin.
The company added 24 net new restaurants in Q4, reaching 1,052 total outlets, and announced a merger with Devyani International for unified brand strategy.
