The Board of Directors will consider and approve:

1. The Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30.09.2026.

2. The declaration of an Interim Dividend, if any.

Trading Window Closure Details

As per the SCI Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window has been closed since 01.10.2026. It will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results. If an interim dividend is declared, the trading window closure period will be extended and will remain closed until 48 hours after the record date for payment of the interim dividend.

Dividend Payment Mechanics

If declared, the interim dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration (04.11.2026). Payment will be made electronically through various online transfer modes to shareholders holding shares in dematerialized mode who have updated their bank account details. For dematerialized shareholders without updated bank details, the dividend will be held in abeyance by the RTA.

Shareholder Instructions

  • Shareholders holding physical shares must ensure their folios are updated with complete KYC details: PAN, Contact Details, Mobile Number, Bank Account Details, and Signature to receive dividends electronically.
  • Shareholders must submit the required Investor Service Request (ISR) Forms (ISR-1, ISR-2, ISR-3/SH-13) to the company's RTA, Alankit Assignments Limited.
  • Forms are available on the RTA's website (https://www.alankitassignments.com/investor-charter/) or the company's website (https://www.shipindia.com/investors/normsforprocessinginvestorservice_request/12).
  • All shareholders are urged to update their bank and KYC details with the RTA/Depositories to avoid delays in receiving dividends.
