This closure was previously communicated to the stock exchanges via letter dated 25th September 2026.
The Trading Window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for Q2 and H1 FY27.
The closure is in compliance with the Company's Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives.
