ServiceTitan Q2 Results and Q3 Guidance

ServiceTitan Inc. (NASDAQ: TTAN) announced fiscal second‑quarter results for the quarter ended July 31, reporting revenue of $292.8 million, which exceeded the analyst consensus of $285.9 million and represented 21 % year‑over‑year growth from $242.1 million in the comparable quarter of the prior year. Platform revenue, which excludes payment‑processing fees, rose 22 % YoY to $284.5 million.

The company posted a loss of $0.26 per share, missing the consensus estimate of a $0.25 loss per share. Adjusted income from operations increased to $44.4 million from $29.2 million a year earlier, and the adjusted operating margin expanded to 15.2 % from 12.1 % in the prior year period. Adjusted free cash flow reached $50.5 million, up from $34.3 million in the year‑ago quarter.

Gross transaction volume processed through the platform grew 17 % to $26.8 billion, up from $22.9 billion a year earlier, and net dollar retention remained above 110 % for the quarter.

For the fiscal third quarter, ServiceTitan projected revenue in the range of $285 million to $287 million, with a midpoint of $286 million, which is below the $287.9 million analyst consensus. Full‑year 2027 revenue guidance was set at $1.139 billion to $1.144 billion, with a midpoint of $1.1415 billion, roughly in line with the $1.14 billion consensus.

CEO and Co‑Founder Ara Mahdessian said the company’s “strong momentum delivering the Agentic Operating System to the Trades resulted in 21 % YoY revenue growth and over $50 million of adjusted free cash flow this quarter.”

Following the guidance release, ServiceTitan shares fell 18.5 % in after‑hours trading.
