Seshasayee Paper reported standalone net profit of ₹67.78 crore for FY26, a 35% decline from ₹104.56 crore in FY25.
The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹2.00 per equity share of face value ₹2 each for the financial year 2025-26.
Consolidated total income for FY26 stood at ₹1,759.20 crore, with net profit at ₹82.53 crore after tax.
