Financial Performance

Standalone Results: Revenue from operations reached ₹8,985.58 million with net profit of ₹1,129.09 million. Property, plant and equipment stood at ₹5,948.41 million while total assets amounted to ₹15,948.96 million.

Consolidated Results: The group reported revenue of ₹11,414.29 million with net profit attributable to equity shareholders of ₹346.84 million. Total assets were ₹15,125.07 million, with significant investments in subsidiaries totaling ₹5,646.81 million. The medical-technology business turned profitable with operating profit of ₹7 crore.

Tax Transition: The company adopted the new tax regime under Section 115BAA, resulting in a one-time tax impact of ₹340.16 million and MAT credit write-off of ₹42.36 million.
