Board Meeting Details
A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 to:
- Consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026
- Consider and evaluate raising of funds through various permissible modes including:
- Issue of equity shares
- Fully or partly convertible debentures
- Composite issue of non-convertible debentures and warrants
- Qualified institutions placement
- Private placement
- Swap of shares
- Further public issue of equity/debt securities
- Preferential issue
- Rights issue
- Any other mode or combination thereof
Any fundraising would be subject to statutory, regulatory and other approvals, including approval of the members of the Company.
Trading Window Closure
As per the Company's Code of Conduct for insiders, the trading window will be closed from Wednesday, July 01, 2026 to Friday, August 14, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026.
