Shanthi Gears published audited financial results for Q4 and FY ending March 31, 2026, in compliance with SEBI Regulation 47.
Q4 standalone net profit declined to ₹16.27 crore from ₹22.46 crore YoY, with revenue at ₹140.95 crore.
FY26 net profit was ₹76.66 crore, down from ₹96.03 crore YoY, impacted by a ₹4.78 crore charge from new labor codes.
The board declared a final dividend of ₹2 per share and an interim dividend of ₹1 per share already paid for FY26.
