Trading Window Status
Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015:
- Trading window for securities of the Company remains closed for all designated persons
- Closure extends to immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the code
- Trading restrictions will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of results
