The disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the insider trading window for dealing in the Company's securities has been closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives since July 1, 2026. This closure is specifically for the purpose of considering the Q1 FY27 financial results.
