Trading Window Closure

In continuation of the earlier intimation dated September 23, 2026, and in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives remains closed since October 1, 2026. The trading window shall re-open after 48 hours from the declaration of the financial results.
