Shree Cement reported Q4 standalone net revenue of ₹5,643 crore, up 7.7% YoY, with cement sales volume growing 11% to 10.56 million tonnes.
EBITDA declined to ₹1,250 crore from ₹1,381 crore YoY, while profit after tax stood at ₹532 crore, down 4.3% from previous year.
The board recommended a final dividend of ₹70 per share, bringing total FY26 dividend to ₹150 per share, a 36% increase over FY25.
Company commissioned 3.65 MTPA Karnataka plant, expanding India capacity to 69.3 MTPA, and is setting up new plant in Meghalaya.
