Notes to Financial Results
- The Company operates in one business segment: manufacturing and sale of paper and incidental activities.
- The implementation of new Labour Codes effective November 21, 2025, resulted in an incremental impact of ₹22.33 lakhs on gratuity and long-term compensated absences, recognized under Employee Benefit Expense.
- After the quarter close, the Company entered into a power purchase agreement with M/s. Ratan Green Projects One Private Limited (RGPOPL) to procure 8.5 MW(AC) solar power through a group captive open access mechanism in Rajasthan. The Company paid ₹93.00 lakhs as the first tranche toward equity subscription for 26.21% of RGPOPL's presently paid-up capital.
