  • Loss before tax: ₹5.23 lakh for Q1 FY27
  • Loss for the period: ₹5.23 lakh for Q1 FY27
  • Total comprehensive income: ₹(5.23) lakh for Q1 FY27
  • Earnings per share (basic and diluted): ₹0.00 for all periods presented

Comparative figures:

  • Preceding quarter (March 2026): Loss of ₹7.79 lakh

Board Composition Changes

Appointment: Saraswati Rajvirendra Singh Purohit (DIN: 11402335) was appointed as an Additional Director (Independent Director) effective August 12, 2026. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and has extensive experience in business administration/management with sound knowledge of corporate affairs, business management, governance and regulatory matters. She is not related to any other director on the Board and is not debarred from accessing capital markets.

Resignation: Hetal Dave (DIN: 08397075) resigned as Independent Director effective August 12, 2026, due to other professional commitments.

Review and Approval Process

The financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and thereafter taken on record by the Board in its meeting held on August 12, 2026. Limited review was carried out by the statutory auditors Ramanand & Associates (Firm Registration Number: 117776W), who issued a review report stating nothing came to their attention suggesting material misstatement.

Financial Reporting Framework

Financial results for all periods presented have been prepared in accordance with IND AS notified under the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 as amended from time to time. Previous period figures have been regrouped/rearranged wherever considered necessary.
