• To take on record Limited review report thereon

Trading Window Closure

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and underlying Code of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from October 1, 2025. The closure will remain effective until 48 hours post announcement of outcome of the Board Meeting, unless communicated otherwise.
