Shree Pushkar FY26 PAT Up 19.6% to Rs 70.1 Crores

Shree Pushkar reported FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 976.6 Cr, up 21.1% YoY, with PAT at Rs 70.1 Cr, up 19.6% YoY.
Q4 FY26 revenue declined 0.6% YoY to Rs 218.2 Cr, with PAT down 22.2% YoY to Rs 12.9 Cr due to global supply chain disruptions.
The company commissioned a 1.1 MW solar plant in Q4 and is progressing on its Meghnagar expansion project, having incurred Rs 189 Cr capex.
Management highlighted steady progress on expansion projects despite some delays and emphasized operational execution for future growth.
