Shyam Metalics Q4 FY26 Net Profit Up 42% YoY

Shyam Metalics reported strong Q4 FY26 results with revenue up 27% YoY to ₹5,240 crore and PAT up 42% YoY to ₹312 crore.
The company announced a new ₹2,700 crore capex for specialty steel and stainless steel expansion, targeting commissioning by March 2029.
Full year FY26 sales volume grew 26% to 4.94 million tonnes, with EBITDA at ₹2,537 crore and PAT at ₹1,061 crore.
Board recommended a final dividend of ₹2.7 per share (27% of face value) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval.
