Consolidated performance showed similar trends with total income of ₹87,719.02 lakhs and net profit of ₹508.77 lakhs for FY26.

Capital Structure Changes

The company completed the conversion of 10,18,300 share warrants into equity shares at ₹155 per share (including premium of ₹145 per share), receiving total consideration of ₹15.78 crore. This increased the paid-up equity share capital to ₹481.00 lakhs as of March 2026 from ₹379.17 lakhs in the previous year.

AGM Resolutions and Corporate Governance

The AGM approved several key items including:

  • Adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY26

The company holds 82.71% stake in subsidiary Puregene Biotech Limited, which reported net profit of ₹14.22 lakhs for FY25-26. All regulatory compliances were maintained as per SEBI Listing Regulations and Companies Act, 2013, with no material adverse remarks from auditors. CSR expenditure of ₹7.86 lakhs exceeded the mandatory requirement of ₹7.60 lakhs.
