SIS Limited Q4 Revenue Up 31% YoY to ₹4,489 Cr

SIS Limited reported Q4 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹4,489.3 crore, up 31.0% YoY, with EBITDA of ₹207.0 crore growing 25.6% YoY.
The Board approved the appointment of Mrs. Rita Kishore Sinha as Executive Chairperson for 5 years effective May 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
Net Debt/EBITDA improved to 0.99x from 1.25x in Q3 FY26, with OCF/EBITDA at 203.3% due to improved DSO of 63 days.
The company returned ~₹250 crore to shareholders in FY26 through dividends and buybacks, bringing total returns since IPO to ~₹600 crore.
