Smartworks FY26 Revenue Up 31% to ₹1,796 Cr

Smartworks reported record FY26 results with revenue up 31% YoY to ₹1,796 crore and normalized EBITDA up 75% to ₹314 crore.
The company achieved first full-year PAT profitability of ₹311 crore versus a loss of ₹63 crore in FY25.
Smartworks became India's first listed flex platform to cross 10 million sq ft operational area with ₹5,200+ crore contracted rental revenue.
Q4 FY26 was the strongest quarter with revenue of ₹520 crore, up 45% YoY, and normalized EBITDA margin of 19.0%.
