The company's operational scale reached 16.1 million sq. ft., with 89% mature occupancy and INR 52,139 Mn in contracted revenue, highlighting strong enterprise-led demand.
A significant financial shift was achieved with a net cash position of INR 561 Mn, driven by robust cash generation and a normalized operating cash flow of INR 1,080 Mn for the quarter.
Key performance metrics showed substantial improvement, with annualized RoCE expanding to 22% in Q4 and Cash RoCE reaching 49%, indicating a transition to a cash-compounding phase.
