SML Mahindra FY26 Net Profit Rises 59.8% to ₹159.75 Crore

Board approved audited FY26 results with net profit of ₹159.75 crore, up 59.8% YoY, and recommended a final dividend of ₹23.50 per share.
Company appointed Mr. K.N. Vaidyanathan as new Internal Auditor for FY27, replacing M/s S. Tandon & Associates LLP whose tenure ended.
42nd AGM scheduled for 21st July 2026 with record date of 3rd July 2026 for dividend payment, subject to shareholder approval.
