2. Appointment of Internal Auditor

Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board approved the appointment of M/s. Tirth D Belani & Co, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 161626W) as the Internal Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2026–27. The firm is Gujarat-based and expertise in internal audit, statutory audit, tax audit, project financing and other consultancy services since 2024.

  • The Statutory Auditors, M/s. Surana Maloo & Co. (FRN: 112171W), issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results
  • The company completed an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 49,80,000 equity shares of face value ₹10 each at price of ₹128 per share (including premium of ₹118 per share) aggregating to ₹6,374.40 lakh
