Sobha Limited Q4 PAT Surges 124% YoY

Sobha Limited reported Q4 FY26 financial results with PAT surging 124% YoY to Rs 0.92 bn.
Revenue grew 29% YoY to Rs 20.30 bn while collections reached Rs 19.90 bn, up 26% YoY.
Net debt turned negative at Rs -8.00 bn, resulting in net debt-to-equity ratio of -0.17.
Sales value increased 30% YoY to Rs 20.39 bn with 1.33 mn sq.ft area sold, up 18% YoY.
