Consolidated Financial Results
The consolidated financial results are identical to standalone results due to the investment in associate Soma Textiles FZC being fully impaired. The company has discontinued recognizing its share of further losses from the associate. The share of profit/(loss) of associates is nil for all periods presented.
Business Segment Information
The company was primarily engaged in trading of cotton and cotton yarn until September 2025 quarter. From the quarter ended December 2025, the company is engaged solely in works contract of highway construction as its only reportable primary business segment, as per Ind AS 108.
Change in Promoters and Management Control
Pursuant to Share Purchase Agreement dated 9th July, 2025, the existing promoters sold their entire shareholding to new promoters:

- Mrs. Teja Ranade Gadhoke
The previous management resigned, and new board appointments were made:

Auditor Review
M/s. Pipara & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad conducted limited review and issued unmodified review reports for both standalone and consolidated financial results. The review was conducted in accordance with SRE 2410 issued by ICAI.
Additional Notes
- Income tax provision will be determined and provided at year-end
- Labour Codes implementation (notified 21st November, 2025) has not resulted in material financial impact on defined benefit obligations
- Figures for quarter ended 31st March, 2026 represent the balance between audited annual figures and previously published quarterly figures
