Sona Comstar Q4 FY26 Record Revenue Up 47% YoY

Sona Comstar reported its highest ever Q4 revenue of ₹1,272 crore, up 47% YoY, with BEV revenue share reaching 39%.
The company won 4 new driveline orders in Q4, including 3 from European OEMs, marking its first EV order wins from Europe in nearly 4 years.
FY26 full-year revenue grew 26% to ₹4,475 crore, with adjusted PAT up 11% to ₹670 crore, while EBITDA margin stood at 24.7%.
Challenges included commodity inflation, a new Haryana wage policy effective April 1, 2026, and gas availability issues, though production was not lost.
