Project Updates
- Jharkhand Coal Block: Exploration activities have been completed at the 266-hectare block with Geological Reserves of over 84 million tons. Definitive Geological Report (GR) preparation is underway, after which mine development activities will be undertaken on fast track mode.
- Oman JV: The second joint venture in Oman completed an airborne survey (a latest technique for faster exploration in large mining blocks) in its allocated mining block. GR preparation is also underway.
Corporate Developments
- Received and converted the balance 75% amount of warrants issued on a preferential basis into equity shares.

Business Overview
South West Pinnacle Exploration Limited (SWPEL) is an Integrated Service Provider providing end-to-end drilling & exploration services for natural resources including Coal, Ferrous, Non-Ferrous & Atomic Minerals, Conventional & non-conventional Oil & Gas, and groundwater investigation. The company's technological capabilities include surface geographical investigation, downhole geophysics, 2D/3D Seismic, and Passive Seismic Tomography.
The company has been notified as an accredited prospecting agency by the Ministry of Coal, Government of India for carrying out prospecting operations for coal and Lignite exploration. SWPEL has two joint ventures in Oman: the first provides mining services under a long-term contract for Copper and Gold, and the second has been allocated a mining block where exploration activities are in progress.
Since inception 19 years ago, the company has completed over 165 projects for leading Government & Private organizations, including approximately 3.2 million meters of drilling, 6.5 Lac meters of Geophysical logging, 515 sq.km. of 3D Seismic surveys, and 411 LKM of 2D seismic Survey using 43 state-of-the-art drilling rigs capable of drilling up to 2500 meters depth.
