Spencer's Retail reported Q4 FY26 consolidated revenue growth of 6% YoY to ₹436 Cr, driven by an 8.1% growth in its core Spencer's format.
Consolidated EBITDA improved to ₹2.2 Cr in Q4 from a loss of ₹0.2 Cr last year, while PBT loss narrowed slightly to ₹(66) Cr from ₹(68) Cr.
Full-year FY26 sales declined 9.8% to ₹1,800 Cr, but gross margin improved 92 bps to 20.5% and operating costs reduced by ₹54 Cr.
The company highlighted a focus on digital strategy, customer retention, and operational efficiency as key drivers for its 'path to break even'.
