Performance Drivers and Margin Analysis
The strong topline growth was attributed to a strong performance across businesses. However, margins were impacted by multiple factors:
- Rising commodity costs due to geopolitical tensions and supply chain disruptions
- Shift in sales mix
- Revision in minimum wages
- Temporary increase in finance costs (₹234 million in consolidated, ₹212 million in standalone) associated with the acquisition of three Indian entities of Antolin
Excluding the temporary finance cost impact, consolidated PBT would have grown by 23% YoY in Q2 FY27 and 22% YoY in H1 FY27.
