SRF FY26 Net Profit Rises 36% to ₹1,724 Crore

SRF Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026, recommending nil final dividend.
Standalone net profit for FY26 increased 36% YoY to ₹1,724.63 crore on revenue of ₹12,420.51 crore, with basic EPS of ₹58.18.
Results include a one-time exceptional charge of ₹84.22 crore for New Labour Codes implementation and a tax write-back of ₹99.12 crore from a favorable ITAT order.
Consolidated net profit for FY26 stood at ₹1,835.18 crore with revenue of ₹15,786.51 crore, showing robust performance across chemicals and packaging films businesses.
