SRG Housing Finance reported Q4 FY26 PAT of ₹9.25 crore, a 49.43% YoY increase, and crossed ₹1,000 crore AUM.
Total disbursements grew 31% YoY to ₹139.61 crore in Q4, with the average ticket size rising 41% to ₹15.44 lakh.
The company maintained strong asset quality with GNPA at 1.77% and a high Capital Adequacy Ratio of 38.62%.
