The board meeting was originally intended to consider and approve the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The cancellation is due to non-availability of quorum.
The company will intimate the stock exchange with a revised date for the board meeting in due course as per regulatory requirements.
The trading window for dealing in the company's shares by designated persons, which is currently closed, will remain closed until 48 hours after the board meeting is eventually held for the adoption of the June 30, 2026 results.
