Company reported standalone net loss of ₹86.12 lakh in Q4 FY26 and ₹3.11 crore for full year FY26.
Consolidated performance showed similar losses of ₹86.28 lakh (Q4) and ₹3.12 crore (FY26) with negative EPS of ₹2.24 and ₹7.61 respectively.
Results were published in Financial Express newspaper as required by listing regulations.
