Star Health reported a 16% YoY increase in PAT to ₹911 crore for FY26, with GWP growing 16% to ₹20,369 crore.
The combined ratio improved by 236 bps to 98.8%, driven by a lower loss ratio and strong 37% retail fresh GWP growth.
Proprietary channels contributed 91% of retail fresh business, and customer persistency improved to 99% from 97% in FY25.
The company also highlighted its ESG initiatives, including carbon-offset certificates and planting over 17,000 saplings.
