Limited Review Report Highlights (For the quarter ended 30th June 2026)
The statutory auditor, SDPM&Co. (FRN: 126741W), issued an unmodified review report dated 17th August 2026 from Ahmedabad. However, the report included several emphasis of matter points and qualifications:
- The company is not in the business of Financing but has outstanding advances in the nature of loans or advances recoverable in cash or kind. No income or performance obligation was identified for these.
- Outstanding balances of unsecured loans received, loans advanced, trade advances, trade receivables, and trade payables are subject to confirmation and supporting documents.
- The company has outstanding loan liabilities from individuals which are in contravention of Section 73 of the Companies Act, 2013.
- The management did not provide balance confirmations or other independent documentary evidence for outstanding unsecured loans and advances. Consequently, the auditor was unable to obtain sufficient evidence regarding the existence, accuracy, and completeness of these balances, and the financial impact could not be determined.
- The company has outstanding trade receivables aged more than 6 months. The auditor could not obtain sufficient evidence regarding their recoverability, and the management has not made an adequate provision for them.
- Emphasis of Matter: The Company did not comply with the statutory e-invoicing requirement. Due to the non-availability of consignment details, the auditor could not opine on compliance with E-Way Bill rules.
Financial Results Context
- The Standalone financial results have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
- The figures for the quarter ended 31st March 2026 are a balancing figure between the audited full-year figures and the unaudited year-to-date figures.
- The financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on 17th August 2026.
- Figures for previous periods have been regrouped/reclassified to conform to the current period's presentation.
