Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Q4 FY26 Results

• Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy reported Q4 FY26 revenue of INR 1,941 crore with a PAT of INR 142 crore, its highest quarterly profit since listing.
• FY26 order inflows reached INR 10,062 crore, driving unexecuted order value to a post-COVID high of INR 11,813 crore as of March 2026.
• The company commissioned 4.5 GW AC capacity in FY26 and expanded its O&M portfolio to 13.5 GW from 8.7 GW in FY25.
• Net debt decreased by INR 149 crore quarter-on-quarter to INR 1,164 crore, with negative net working capital of INR 329 crore.
