Stovec Industries FY25 Revenue Falls 15.6% to ₹1.98B

Stovec Industries reported FY2025 revenue of ₹1.98B, down 15.6% YoY, with PAT declining 46.8% to ₹69M due to weak demand and higher provisions.
The company announced a dividend of ₹12 per share and will hold its 52nd AGM on May 7, 2026 to approve special business including IP acquisition.
Stovec was designated as lead entity for SPGPrints Group's Textile Business, acquiring IP rights for rotary screen-printing machines and Nova screens for ₹153M.
