Stylework FY2025‑26 Financial Highlights

Stylework, the AI‑driven workspace platform, announced that for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 it generated revenue of ₹50.20 crore and recorded a profit after tax of ₹2 crore, marking the first PAT in its decade‑long operation. The company’s EBITDA margin expanded from 4% in the prior year to 8% for FY2025‑26, and it maintained positive EBITDA in each of the four quarters, underscoring a steady operating performance.

The platform’s annualised gross merchandise value (GMV) surpassed ₹350 crore, reflecting the scale of transactions facilitated through its marketplace. Stylework now connects over 6,000 workspaces representing more than 800 workspace brands across 125-plus Indian cities, serving corporate customers with an asset‑light business model. Customer retention stood at 74%, and the lifetime‑value‑to‑customer‑acquisition‑cost (LTV/CAC) ratio was 5.6×, indicating strong unit economics.

Celebrating its 10th year of operations in October 2026, Founder and Chief Executive Officer Sparsh Khandelwal said the firm’s focus has been on building a scalable, capital‑efficient platform that leverages technology and a broad ecosystem to reduce the capital intensity traditionally associated with real estate. He emphasized that achieving profitability while expanding the enterprise network validates the company’s strategic direction.

Funding history disclosed a pre‑Series B capital raise of ₹19.5 crore, with participation from a diverse set of investors including Equentis, Kaygee Investments, Cogniphy, Money Vyapaar, Auxano, LVX Ventures, Inflection Point Ventures, Capri Global Holdings, QI Ventures (SCIF), BizDateUp, Ah Ventures, and We Founder Circle (WeFC). These funds have been deployed to strengthen technology, broaden the workspace network, and enhance enterprise contracting capabilities.

Outlook

Stylework’s longer‑term ambition is to become a one‑stop platform for the complete workspace lifecycle—from discovery and contracting to portfolio management—while preserving the asset‑light economics that underpin its model. The company positions itself at the intersection of flexible real‑estate, enterprise technology, and the evolving future‑of‑work landscape, aiming to capture growing demand for flexible, cost‑visible, and centrally managed workplace solutions across multiple locations.
