Property Sale Transaction
During the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the Holding Company sold its office property in Mumbai for a consideration of ₹27.00 crore, resulting in a profit of ₹1.79 crore recognized in other income.
Exceptional Items
For the year ended March 31, 2026, the Group recognized an impairment loss of ₹1.82 crore in respect of certain intangible assets (brands) along with related goodwill, presented as an exceptional item. For the standalone entity, an impairment loss of ₹8.11 crore was recognized on investment in a subsidiary during the quarter ended March 31, 2026.

Business Overview and Seasonality
The Group is engaged in the business of manufacture, purchase and sale of alcoholic beverages (wines and spirits). The Chief Operating Decision Makers monitor the operating results of the Group as a whole, and there are no reportable segments. The business is seasonal, causing quarterly results to vary and not be strictly comparable.
Auditor Review
Walker Chandiok & Co LLP conducted limited review of both standalone and consolidated financial results and issued review reports stating that nothing has come to their attention causing them to believe the statements contain material misstatements. The review was conducted in accordance with SRE 2410 issued by ICAI.
